Hi there, I’m Molly, the founder of MAD PT. I am a passionate and dedicated personal trainer with a strong desire to help my clients engage in exercise and lead healthier lifestyles. As a fitness enthusiast with a particular love for rugby, having played for Bath Ladies Rugby, I bring that same passion and expertise to all of my training sessions. I hold a Level 3 Personal Trainer Degree and an Advanced Nutrition and Weight Loss Diploma, enabling me to craft tailored training and nutrition plans that perfectly suit my clients’ needs and goals. At MAD PT, my top priority is to motivate and inspire my clients to become the best version of themselves through effective and personalised workout routines. - Your initial meeting with your personal trainer will focus on determining your current level of fitness, discussing the exercises you already undertake, learning about your medical history, and setting some goals.
4 Week Plan

4 Week Plan Includes:
- Blank meal plan for the individual to fill in
- 4 Week Plan on what the client wants to improve on
- Includes diagrams of the exercises
- Includes information on portion control
- Can be 15, 20, 30, 45, 60 minute workouts
6 Week Plan
